Anser Style Qigong Workshop with Master Peter Wong – Event Recap

On January 11th, the Heritage Museum of Asian Art hosted a transformative two-hour workshop featuring the esteemed Master Peter Wong, who introduced participants to the gentle yet powerful practice of Anser Style Qigong (大雁式气功). Attendees of all experience levels engaged in an immersive session, learning an accessible daily practice rooted in Chinese traditions that use animal movements to explore internal energy flow and balance.

Throughout the workshop, Master Wong skillfully guided participants through fundamental Qigong techniques, emphasizing the importance of fluidity, breath control, and mindfulness. The session provided a unique opportunity for attendees to connect with ancient wellness practices and discover how the movements of the wild goose can promote physical and mental well-being.

Participants practiced gentle yet purposeful movements, gaining insights into how Qigong enhances inner harmony and energy circulation. Master Wong's clear and engaging teaching approach made the practice accessible to all, and attendees left feeling refreshed, balanced, and inspired to incorporate Qigong into their daily routines.
