Facility Rental: Museum Event Pricing and Hours

Meeting Room Rental

Approximately 1,000 square feet and can accommodate up to 80 seated guests. Free Access to the Museum Galleries.

  • Available Wednesday–Sunday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • Maximum duration: 3 hours (extensions upon request)

  • $900 for nonprofit organizations

  • $1,800 for for-profit organizations​​

Rental Fee Includes:

  • Tables and Chairs

  • Projector, Monitor, AV system

  • Onsite free parking​

Museum Private Event Rental

Approximately 8,000 square feet, accommodating up to 200 guests, with four galleries showcasing nearly 1,000 works of art and artifacts.​

  • Available Monday and Tuesday (full day), and Wednesday–Sunday after 5:00 PM

  • Maximum duration: 3 hours (extensions upon request

  • $2,000 on weekdays

  • $3,000 on weekends

Rental Fee Includes:

  • Access to Museum exhibits

  • Onsite kitchen for caterers (catering services not provided)

  • Tables and Chairs

  • Project, Monitor, AV system

  • Museum staff and security for the event duration

  • Onsite free parking

ACCESSIBILITY​​

The Heritage Museum of Asian Art's Entrance is on West 35th Street. Take the elevator to the third floor and turn right to the Museum Reception Desk. Accessible and standard toilets are located on the same floor. Free parking space is available next to the museum via West 35th Street.​​
