Join us for an exclusive Preview Party of More Things Japanese — a landmark exhibition at the Heritage Museum of Asian Art that spans centuries of artistry and cultural expression. This special evening offers guests a first look at extraordinary works of Japanese art and artifacts, ranging from ancient Haniwa pottery to masterful objects from the 20th century, all drawn from the collections of dedicated local collectors.
The preview will also feature a contemporary pop-up response exhibition by acclaimed Japanese American artist Kioto Aoki, whose practice bridges traditional aesthetics and philosophy with contemporary visual language, offering a dialogue between past and present.
Guests will be welcomed with an immersive evening of cultural experiences, including:
Premium Japanese whiskey tastings featuring Hakata 博多, Fukano 深野, Ikikko 壱岐っ娘, and Ohishi 大石, presented by ImpEx Beverages
Freshly prepared sushi and appetizers
