[Workshop] Anser Style Qigong Workshop
This session will introduce an easy-to-learn practice that participants can do daily at home. Together, we will delve into how Chinese traditions use animal movements to explore internal flow and balance.

Due to an unexpected health emergency, our originally planned instructor, Alice Sparkly Kat, is unable to lead the event.
As a result, we are pleased to announce that Master Peter Wong will instead present the Anser Style Qigong (大雁式气功). This session will introduce an easy-to-learn practice that participants can do daily at home. Together, we will delve into how Chinese traditions use animal movements to explore internal flow and balance.

Artist bio:
Peter Wong is a fifth-generation practitioner of Yang Style Taijiquan. He has been practicing Traditional Kungfu for over fifty years and has been an instructor of Tai Chi at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Peter Wong was a director of the 26th and 27th Board of Directors of the Chin Woo Athletic Association Hong Kong Limited. He is also the appointed Traditional Martial Arts Advisor and Sanshou散手 Advisor (2008-Now) of the Hong Kong, China Wushu Union.

The Heritage Museum of Asian Art's Entrance is on West 35th Street. Take the elevator to the third floor and turn right to the Museum Reception Desk. Accessible and standard toilets are located on the same floor. Free parking space is available next to the museum via West 35th Street.
