Advanced ticket purchase online is encouraged for the public. The same applies to museum visits if tickets are purchased on site. Members do not need to reserve tickets and enjoy unlimited entry.

When does the Museum offer free admission?
The museum only offers free admission on the third Friday night of each month. For more information, please check Third Friday Free Admission Museum Night.
Where can I park?
Public Parking is available in the South Morgan Street parking lot next to the Museum Building.
How can I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets online or buy tickets at the museum's front desk. If you decide to buy tickets online, pease note that no refunds may be granted.
Items not allowed in the museum:
- Weapons and hazardous materials
- Large size bags
- Food and drinks other than water bottles
- Umbrellas

Accessibility
The Heritage Museum of Asian Art's Entrance is on West 35th Street. Take the elevator to the third floor and turn right to the Museum Reception Desk. Accessible and standard toilets are located on the same floor.
Free parking is available in the parking lot next to the museum, accessed via West 35th Street.
